Memories came back to me. Thus, many Christmases have come and gone. The holiday season is a time of beginning and end. . . first and last. In our house, putting up the tree marks the beginning of vacation. He also announces the end of another year. This is an opportunity to reflect on our blessings, and place all the troubles behind us and turn a new page. I remembered this time last year – Decorating the tree with my husband and children. Each December I am taking the same colored memories and think of myslef, “What will change for me next year?” I wonder: “How my life is different when I open those boxes next Christmas?
